Registration Fee is including American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceedings submission/publication

Registration Policy

• In order to have the full papers included in the conference proceedings, at least one of the author(s) must be fully registered by 14 December 2024. Each full registration entitles for a single conference paper publication.
• If author(s)/corresponding author interested maximum of five papers publication by the same corresponding author(s) is allowed. It will allow the corresponding author for to apply for Best Research group award (Research team should hold at least 3 fellows/members in a research/ academic level). i.e., at least 3 members should be registered of iCANST-2024.
• Registration for the publication and presentation of papers must be done by one of the author(s) of the papers. Papers will be withdrawn if none of the authors is registered.
• Papers which are not presented will not be uploaded in Scopus Indexed/SCI Indexed or any associated Journal.
• Early bird registration is till 15 November 2024. Payment must be in INR or USD.
• If the refund is requested prior to November 20, 2024, partly handling fee will be charged, and any refund after November 20, 2024, registration fee can’t be refunded. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
• Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
• Listener registration is open till 12 December 2024.
